Return & Exchange Policy
At our boutique, we work hard to source quality items that we truly love. We carefully describe each piece and, when sizing runs larger or smaller than expected, we post videos and fit notes to help you choose the right size before purchasing.
Because of this, we do not issue refunds.
If the item you ordered doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size if the item is still in stock.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Buyer must contact us within three (3) business days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
- Once approved, the item must be returned within the timeframe provided in your approval email.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect) or drop off via lockbox.
If the size you need is unavailable, we can offer store credit for a future purchase.
